Grill Ruby has pretty good reviews and their burger has been named as one of the best burgers in Stockholm. I DO NOT AGREE. There are several burgers that are way better. But the place is very nice and they serve good drinks. If you are in the neighbourhood you should definately go pass by, but choose something else from the menu.
The burger is thick, which I like, but maybe a litlle bit too compact. Unfortunately they did not ask for how I wanted the burger. I got it well done - which is one certain way to destroy a burger.

Flippin Burgers is probably Swedens most mentioned burger shack. The line outside is long and you are almost not welcomed when finally seated. I got the feeling that they wanted us out of there as soon as possible in order to seat new people. Perhaps the owner has a secret love to the economist Mr Adam Smith and his assembly line principals.
However.. the burger was totally OK. The fries were not better than McDonald's, unfortunately. If you are up for an hour in a que to get a table you should defiantely try it out, but DON'T HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS. This burger shack will not give you a 1st class travel ticket to the world of gourmet burgers.

Vigårda are probably the best fast food you can get in the city of Stockholm. High quality ingredients. I had an ox burger that were chopped into small dices, not really what I expected but still very satisfying. Vigårda is worth a visit!

The servant asked how we wanted the meet. I order madium-rare, got well done. My fellow collueges asked for medium and got well done, even though they talked a lot about how juicy the meat gets if ordered medium - OOOOH - THEY WERE WRONG!

As the spotted pig has a michellin star, you kind of expect the best. And they deliver the best! Oh My God! For some, the roquefort cheese may not be the best alternative on the burger, and to be honest, it kind of take over. BUT, the beef it self is absolutely perfect!

Standing in line to order and then standing in line to get your stuff for about 30-45 min doesn't matter. It's worth it. Oh yeah, it is! A really good burger. The meet comes from La Frieda, which is a good quality stamp, best freeeeking butcher in NYC!
